Harry Rickner is a struggling Las Vegas newspaper reporter with a keen nose for scandal and a past anchored in gambling and booze. He’s handed an opportunity of a lifetime from a local informant who stumbled upon a memo outlining the network’s plan to guarantee which team makes the championship games. Not sure that the information is real, Harry is slow to react until his source ends up dead and he ends up under suspicion of murder one.

Harry teams up with a local TV reporter whose deceased husband was an ex-professional football player. Together they begin to unravel the truth that will impact the rest of their lives.
